Amend Travel Date:

• Penalty RM50 per person upon
• Refer room availability – on current rate
• Any amendment or postpone of arrival date after full payment will not be entertained.

Group Inclusive Tour:

• Please confirm 2 Weeks before arrival.
• Please bank in full payment 2 weeks before check in
• Please forward guest name, identity card/passport

1. Fit to travel before booking (healthy)
2. Their latest travel history
3. Any symptom of— > * Fever ** Cough *** Running Nose

**GUESTS RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure that they are healthy to travel
2. Bring their own mask all the time especially for the journey on the boat/ In Resort
3. Install the MySejahteraApp as recommended by the government
4. Continue to practice safe hygiene especially washing of hand
5. Practice social distancing

Importance:

1. Refund will not be paid immediately and will take more than 1 months.
2. Booking Cancellation/Postpone from the participant should be done through email to vigour.islands@gmail.com for avoiding any misunderstanding.
3. Any amendment or postpone of arrival of arrival date after full payment will not be entertained
