Fares and Prices
Adult fare applies to all passengers 12 years old and above.
Child fare applies between 2 to 12 years old.
Infant below 2 years no charges.
Which jetty you will drop if I stay at redang island?

Where to park our car?
You can park at our parking space. Very close to the jetty. Just in 50M walk-in to/from jetty. Price RM10.00 per day.
Is your car park secure?
Yes, we have security 24/7
Can I pay on-behalf?
You can pay on-behalf but please make sure the passenger details are correct.
In case there are payments problem occurs, you can always ask someone to do it for you.
What are the payment options?
You can pay via credit card or online banking. Direct bank-in or deposit machine is not possible.
Your boat departure late!
You have to consider the factors that happening around us such as water tide, how many peoples trying to embark and disembark and so on. We always try our best to departure immediately when all passengers have embarked into our boat.

Yes, you can amend the ticket?
All booking is purchase through this website is Open Tickets. The booking valid 1 Year from your booking date. Just inform us through email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I cancel and get a refund?
No, tickets sold are not refundable. Don’t worries, you are allowed to amend this open ticket as it valid for 1 year. Or You may transfer the ticket to anyone (Amendment is valid before departure date only)
I haven’t received any confirmation email, what should I do?
Sometimes email goes to your junk / spam mail box. Please check there. If you confirmed not received, then please get in contact with us so we can resend you the confirmation email.
Bookings & Availability
Bookings may be done through our website up to 1 day before departure and is subject to availability.
Passengers can show thru WhatsApp Confirmation Ticket and present it during check-in.
Walk-in and same day bookings may be made through our counter and it is subject to availability.
I buy normal ticket can I change to charter boat/private boat?
Booking amendment from normal ticket to private boat is not allowed for certain cases. If you really want to change it to private boat, please contact us at least 2 weeks before departure date. Amendment is subject to availability and may have additional charges.
Check-in & Boarding
Should I print boarding pass?
No need, Passengers can show thru WhatsApp/Email Confirmation Ticket and present it during check-in.
What if I’m late or miss my ferry/boat?
No worries, you can take next trip, subject to availability. If no trip available (normally after 3pm), you can take private charter that may have additional charges. Else, you can overnight at Merang, and take next day trip without any additional charges.
How to Check-in?
You just come to our counter and verify your booking.

WHAT TIME SHOULD BE READY AT JETTY?
- Passengers are advised to check-in, and collect boarding passes at Merang Jetty Counter or Island Check Point Ticketing Counter at least 30 minutes before departure time.
- On check-in, present your confirm booking ticket.
- Even if you hold a confirmed reservation, you may be denied boarding and your seat may be given to other passengers if you do not check-in latest 40 minutes before departure time.
- Passengers who check-in after the cut-off time will be classified as “No Show”. Thereafter, company reserves the rights to cancel all confirmed seats.
Passengers who miss their intended departure will have to purchase new tickets on the next departure time (subject to seat availability).
