Term and Condition
- Price subject to 6% SST.
- Infant 1years old and below will be charged at RM50.
- Toddler 02 – 03 Years Old sharing bed with parent charged at RM 100 per infant (2021-2022).
- Children aged between 4 to 11 years (BASED ON BIRTH YEAR)(2013-2020).
- All guest required fully vaccinated before entering resort.
- Each room must be at least 2 Adult.
- The room reservation is confirmed upon issuance of a confirmation email.
- Customer require to deposit 50% from total booking for confirm booking.
- Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. 14 DAYS before departure date is no amendment or cancellation will be ENTERTAINED.
- STRICTLY non refundable and non transferable for all booking..
- All GUEST are require to provide us their ( full name , Identity Card number / Passport number ) once the reservation is confirmed ..
- No refund or reduction of accommodation, meals, snorkeling gears or any services not utilized.
- The resort reserve the right to alter, modify or withdraw the package at anytime.
